From a public relations perspective, the IPC is enormous consortium advocating free trade. From a business perspective, the IPC is a business that issues currency and monopolizes resources. From a founding mission perspective, the IPC is a selfless support team, dedicated to the Aeon of Preservation.

The build of the Celestial Comet Wall, the Subspace Crystalline Barrier, and the Great Attractor Base. Followers call them the “Amber Lord,” one of the oldest and most tenacious Aeons, having survived the “Dusk Wars.”

After finding out the great enemy's imminent devouring, the Aeon was compelled to build a wall measured in light years tot seal, isolate, and protect the still-living world.

Overall, the guild is an academic institution subsidized by the IPC. Success flows to success when these two parties collaborate because the Intelligentsia Guild is not shy about marking their knowledge with generous prices, and the IPC always requires some clever minds to see their works to fruition, especially Ms Yabuli, who is the head of the IPC's Technology Department.

The IPC is sending a representative. He's a core member of the Strategic Investment Department, and Topaz's senior.

Though, rumor has it that he's a lot harder to deal with than she is! Though this guy looks a bit baffling in terms of appearance, he's a gambler through and through…

Regardless, you need to be careful when dealing with him. Additionally, the IPC has also invited a technical consultant from the Intelligentsia Guild to attend the festival. Though you just might be familiar with this one…
