Yao Guang

The information here comes from a post made by the official account on Hoyolab on 12 February 2026.

Recently, multiple citizens have reported seeing a girl in blue flashing through Planarcadia, leaving a string of bizarre anecdotes in her wake: gang shootouts halting abruptly because of her, famous streamers getting owned by her, street shops seeing business boom thanks to her…

Based on witness descriptions, this station has confirmed that the legendary figure stirring up storms with one hand while scattering fortune with the other is none other than Yao Guang, the Xianzhou's Seer Strategist. She has arrived to negotiate the formation of the Anti-Destruction Alliance.

In this special on-the-scene report from Dual Visioscape, we travel far and wide seeking confirmation from all sides, lifting the veil of mystery on this guest from the Xianzhou…

Keeping Up with Madam Yao

Program Preview
Uncover the truth behind the lady in blue.

Gang Member, Tiny:
I saw someone getting beat up over there, so I went to watch the show.
Turns out it was my big bro getting his butt kicked!
I rushed in to help, but she just vanished into thin air!
I smashed all my punches and bottles right onto my boss.
Am I gonna get kicked out of the gang?
Karaoke Staff:
She came her to sing, and brought a Foxian girl with her.
I faintly heard a Xianzhou-style song. It sounded very spirited.
And then our Singing King Leaderboard was refreshed.
The distinguished guest is now the proud owner of a limousine.

“World's End” Tavern Staff:
I remember her. She asked for something sour when she placed her order.
After drinking it, they said something like, “First the suppression, then the rise — it's a lucky lot.”
Then, she wrote the word “Weal” on the order slip.
And wouldn't you know it, from that day on, every guest asks to try that specific one.
Some folks even come all thsi way just for it… care for a cup?
“Fatal Joke” Hospital Nurse:
I definitely saw her coming in to register for an appointment.
But you know, this isn't exactly a proper hospital.
Shedding season allergies? A workaholic? Flash Disappearance Syndrome? All possible.

Famous Streamer Sparxie:
Me? Played like a fiddle? That was obviously just for dramatic effect!
I've heard rumors that she's looking to shake things up on the Yuque and go all-in on the livestreaming economy.
And that's exactly why I'm gifting her this immersive investigation opportunity~.
How's that? Do you like our “Sparking Yao” combo?
Anonymous Sparxhead:
I watched her doing proxy unboxings at the toy shop the the day. Guaranteed Sparxie merch!
She unboxes the right one every single time! And she doesn't even charge a fee.
All I have to do is share a piece of Sparxie trivia to get it? That's practically charity!
All the Sparxheads in the loop have gone to queue up!
Surely it isn't her competition trying to fish for intel?

Comic Store Boss:
Back then, I recommended this one: a comic about heroes adapted from a Xianzhou legend.
It's about the wondrous General divining the whims of heaven and calculating the outcomes of the mortal realms, exhausting all possibilities.
A story of locking on to the only victorious ending, letting the Alliance defeat the enemy army.
She took this cover shot for me right on the spot, and sales tripled!
The Merlin's Claw, Feixiao:
It is true. Had she not held the line at the Formation Core during that battle…
it's hard to say if the Xianzhou could have achieved victory at all,
let alone enjoy these decades of peace.
Diving Weal and interrogating Woe… she's a professional.
By the way, could you purchase a copy of that comic for me?
