Magical Girl's Oath
An employment contract from the Magical Girl Troupe. The whole thing practically reeks of corporate business.
Employer (Party A): Magical Girl Troupe (MGT)

In accordance with the relevant regulations of Planarcadia, Parties A and B, on the basis of equality and voluntary consent, have reached the following agreement regarding the employment of magical girls:
Clause 1: Basic Details
- During the duration of the oath, the pledger must complete magical girl activities for a total of _ _ _ _ _ system hours.
As the compensation of the oath, the pledger shall receive the following remuneration:
- Basic salary of _ _ _ _ credits
- Reasonable reimbursement incurred from the activities
- Rewards based on performance
Clause 2: Responsibilities of the Pledger
During the duration of the oath, the pledger must conduct activities according to the troupe's guidance and abide by the following regulations:
- The pledger must respond to emergency mobilization requests irregularly.
- To avoid the loss of public property, when launching attack-based magic, the average power of the impact must be controlled within 500,000 Aidens.
- Before the oath ends, the pledger must avoid any unnecessary emotional development to reduce the possible effects of “Moral Darkening.”
- The pledger is usually not required to transform and conceal their real identity, unless explicitly stated.
Chapter 3: Obligations of the Employer
During the duration of the oath, the employer must support the pledger's activities within reasonable means, which includes but is not limited to:
- Providing the pledger with Magic abilities customized to their personalities. (※ For non-combat ability users, additional general equipment must be provided.)
- Sharing battle details and information with the pledger, and providing battle reinforcement.
- Reimbursing the pledger's medical costs incurred from injuries sustainend during their activities. (Maximum cost cannot exceed _ _ _ _ _ credits)
- Regularly planning idol events required for obtaining Wishpower, and providing the necessary venues, facilities, advertisements, and more.

Clause 17: Nurturing Responsibilities
The pledger is obligated to nurture their familiar by providing them with the necessary Wishpower and emotional support required for survival.
※ This clause is not restricted to the duration of the oath and may be extended or shortened based on actual circumstances.
