**Desire for Happiness**

We must let them sink silently to the bottom, never stirring the water into muddy turbulence.

**Our Daily Practice**

Do not dwell on or discuss "misfortune": whether it is harsh weather, a mistake at work, or a minor ailment, such things are devoid of value. There is no need to waste energy on them.
