+  - It is normal for the TV cabinet in the library to shake. Please do not panic and look for an administrator to help.
+  - You may borrow and read the books in the library freely. If there is a book that requires experimentation or payment, please handle them with caution.

+**Chapter IV: Club Management Regulations**
+To encourage a well-rounded development for all students, our school is willing to provide appropriate support for the establishment of various interest clubs. However, all clubs must strictly follow the requirements below. Any club found in violation will face disbandment.
+  - To establish a club, at least five members are required, and an application must be submitted to the school for approval.
+  - The student council is charged with the investigative responsibility of regulating club conduct. It shall be presided over by two co-presidents: one human and one imagenae.
+  - Club activities must be civilized and abide by the student's code of conduct. Spreading false rumors on campus is strictly prohibited.
+  - If malicious acts are committed in the name of a club, the school will hand the culprits over to the security officers for investigation after they have been stopped and apprehended.
